Services Outside Our Scope
Apex is not a licensed real estate brokerage or property management company and does not provide services requiring a real estate license under applicable Alaska law.
Accordingly, Apex does not provide:

Leasing or renting property on behalf of owners

Negotiating rental agreements, pricing, or booking terms

Accepting or rejecting reservation requests on behalf of owners

Collecting rents, deposits, or guest funds

Holding trust or escrow accounts

Executing rental agreements or contracts on behalf of owners

Acting as a real estate broker, leasing agent, or property manager
Property owners retain full ownership and control of all reservations, pricing decisions, rental agreements, financial transactions, and tax obligations associated with their property.
What We Do

Routine property walkthroughs and visual inspections

Storm response and weather-related property checks

Utility monitoring including heat, water systems, generators, and fuel levels

Guest-ready inspections before arrivals and condition reporting after departures

Coordination of cleaners, contractors, maintenance providers, and deliveries

Inventory monitoring and supply restocking coordination

Emergency response visits and issue documentation

Seasonal opening and closing assistance

Remote property monitoring and local boots-on-the-ground support

Guest communication related to property access, check-in and checkout instructions, property features, maintenance concerns, and stay logistics when authorized by the owner
